I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The early check-in process went smoothly, and I found the staff to be engaging and accommodating, especially Patrick. However, the property's age showed, and I noticed some maintenance issues that really need addressing. The room I stayed in had a murky pool nearby that my kids refused to swim in, and the fire alarms going off multiple times during the night was quite unsettling. Overall, I appreciated the warm service but would suggest looking for alternatives if you're seeking a more updated experience.
